How we handle
your information.

Understand what stays on your device and what is sent when you request a workshop.

How we handle your information

01 / Workshop requests

Sent only when you submit the request form.

02 / Project briefs

Your entries stay in your browser.

03 / Your preferences

Theme and motion preferences are remembered only if you allow them.

01

Workshop requests: when you submit the workshop form, CodeX71 receives your name, work email, organisation if provided, area of interest, use case, challenge, time preference, language and consent. These details are stored in a private website database and sent through the CodeX71 Microsoft 365 email service to marhaba@codex71.ae so CodeX71 can review and respond. Microsoft processes the contact details and message to deliver this notification. To prevent duplicate retries, this browser tab keeps a temporary submission identifier and fingerprint, not the entered field contents. Submitting a request does not confirm a meeting or subscribe you to marketing.

02

Access and retention: enquiry records are available to authorised site administrators. The website has no public enquiry list. Records remain until an administrator deletes them; automatic retention or deletion is not currently configured. To request correction or deletion, email marhaba@codex71.ae using the same email and quote your reference. Do not include sensitive personal records in any request.

03

Local tools: project briefs on the planning page are created in your browser and downloaded to your device.

04

Technical data: an hourly hash derived from the network address is used to limit request abuse, rather than storing the raw address in the enquiry database. Rate-limit records expire after up to two hours and are removed during later submissions. Hosting infrastructure may also process technical access logs. Fonts and media used on these pages are served from this website. The application does not add advertising or analytics trackers.

05

Website operator: Code X71 Technologies Limited, FD - First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. For privacy questions or a request concerning your information, email marhaba@codex71.ae. Please include your workshop reference if you have one, but do not send sensitive records.

06

Cookies and browser storage: this website uses browser local storage rather than setting application cookies. Necessary storage (codex71-consent) remembers your privacy choice and the notice version in this browser for 180 days. It is used only to apply your choice and is not sent to a server. Optional preference storage (codex71-theme and codex71-motion) remembers theme and motion settings only after you agree. Theme and motion controls remain available when you reject optional storage.

07

You can change your choice or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Rejecting optional storage removes saved theme and motion preferences. Optional storage is not read or written before agreement, after withdrawal, or after the choice expires. At expiry, this site removes the stored choice and preferences when it next runs; your browser may retain the underlying entries until then or until you clear site data. Continuing to browse or closing the settings does not mean agreement.

08

Where applicable data protection law provides them, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Contact marhaba@codex71.ae to make a request.
