Clear ownership.
Evidence you can review.

Before delivery starts, agree what success looks like and what evidence you will receive. Use these sample materials to make that conversation concrete.

Delivery stages

These are illustrative delivery templates, not completed client evidence, audit certification or results from a live project.

  1. 01

    Define the decision

Name the business owner, record the starting point and decide what a pilot must prove.

  2. 02

    Build and test

Track the agreed scope, show working software and record test results, limitations and control evidence.

  3. 03

    Make the go-live decision

Review acceptance measures, open risks, rollback steps and who can approve release.

  4. 04

    Keep improving

Agree service hours, monitoring, ownership, incident handling and a prioritised improvement backlog.

A practical first step for partners

Bring an opportunity without naming the customer. We can map the use case, agree roles and prepare a shared discovery plan before delivery is committed.

TRUST & DATA BOUNDARIES

Make the deployment boundaries explicit

Map each data path

Assess model inference, source storage, search indexes, logs, backups and connected tools separately. Azure resource location alone does not establish where every processing step occurs. Global and DataZone deployments have different processing boundaries; neither is a UAE-residency guarantee.

Record controls and accountability

Document the data owner, permitted users, purpose, retention and deletion approach. Protect or redact telemetry, review human approval points and assign escalation ownership. Map applicable UAE, sector and contractual requirements through a scoped assessment.

Deployment decisions depend on service availability, configuration and applicable requirements. This guidance is not a compliance certification or legal opinion. Delivery scope, operating targets and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
